“When you work with Kim, you will be impressed. Of course, her experience and sales statistics speak for themselves, and are readily available to anyone considering her as an agent. But beyond this, you will be very pleasantly surprised not only by the results that she will produce for you, but also how easy it is to get along with her. She is not one of those blustering pretentious glad-hand real estate agents who will leave you feeling like you just got a bucket of grease dumped on you after hearing their sleazy pitch. She listened very attentively to everything that we wanted, and took our time very seriously. She did not show us anything that matched poorly with our preferences, and found the properties that we wanted with alarming speed and efficiency. There were a few times in the process when we were a little lost, and didn't really know what choice to make, and Kim could have subtly manipulated us the way a lot of agents would to ensure a quicker or more lucrative sale. But she never did this, she was always patient and always put our needs and desires first, and guided us through the process until we found the home of our dreams. Not many agents would have seen us through to the end like that, when there were other good options that we wavered on and might have bitten, had we been pushed to do so. Kim also didn't screw around. She was at all times professional, punctual, and extremely responsive to all of our communication. When something needed to be done, it got done immediately. When the honest and appropriate answer was something we might not have wanted to hear, we heard it anyway. She continually gave us useful advice about all sorts of things, both directly related to the home-buying process and otherwise. She never minded at all when we occupied her valuable time by asking things that it was not really her job to answer. Kim took our business seriously, and I assure you, we had plenty of opportunities to contrast this with the results of a lazy agent who did not. “My search for a home started around 4 to 5 years ago (on and off) and Kim was there from the kick off. Throughout the whole process, on top of knowing her craft, Kim was very patient and didn't try to push me to put in a bid or close if I wasn't comfortable. which is why I kept going back to her. I placed an offer and then counter, and the seller accepted. I was in awe, I've never gone past this point before. I went into the closing process completely confident of my decision however from this point till signing the release of contingencies document a.k.a. no going back document, I started getting the coldest feet possible. I would come up with every single scenario of why this house wasn't right for me and then I would call Kim. “Kim is the greatest realtor. She helped me find my condo 8 years ago, sell it a few months ago, and buy a new wonderful house, so I have come to know her and her work pretty well over these three transactions and 8 years. When I first got in touch with Kim I insisted that I would run away from pressure or the hard sell, and that I wasn't sure if I were really going to buy (I was a graduate student in 2009) and so I didn't want to waste her time. Kim assured me it would not and was so amazing throughout the entire process, she found me my wonderful condo which was my beloved home for up until the summer of 2017 when I decided I needed something bigger. I immediately called Kim who of course remembered me and set up a meeting right away. Not only did she sell my condo in 6 days, she managed to get an offer accepted on a great house in the exact neighborhood I wanted even though my buy was contingent on the sale of my condo.
