Caroline’s passion for real estate began at an early age back in her hometown of Chicago, Illinois. Anytime she passed by a home that was for sale, she would grab a flyer and read up on the home! Every Halloween was the perfect opportunity to explore new neighborhoods and ”sneak a peek” from the front door step. Little did the unsuspecting homeowners know, their homes were being analyzed while they were passing out candy! Even with such curiosity towards homes, the words, “I want to be a Realtor when I grow up” hadn’t quite surfaced…yet!

Upon graduating high school, Caroline set off to pursue her Business Management degree at Arizona State University. Her goal was to acquire the management skills needed to lead a successful business centered around providing excellent customer service to its clientele 100% of the time. Caroline’s hard work and determination was rewarded when she earned her first managerial position after just 4 months on the job, in her 1st year of college.

Four years later, after graduating with honors, and with degree in hand, it was time for beautiful, sunny San Diego! Her dream of living in California had finally come true! She continued her management career at The San Diego Marriott Marquis and Marina, but during her time off, she would be exploring and admiring the homes and various architecture of the different neighborhoods of San Diego. It wasn’t too long before she FINALLY came to the realization that she needed to merge her 2 passions , real estate and customer service, together. As a result, she joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Scripps Ranch in 2004, not quite knowing the tough battle ahead. Besides being a new agent, the market turned for the worse, and when hundreds of agents were getting out of the business, Caroline charged forward relentlessly and succeeded!

Caroline’s undying thirst for knowledge and growth brought her to Keller Williams Realty Carmel Valley/Del Mar in 2010. Besides being the #1 Real Estate Company in the United States, Keller Williams is the only company that excels at providing the latest technology and education to its agents, thus benefiting the clients! Attaining various designations throughout the years has allowed Caroline to not only be market savvy, but to also educate her clients throughout the home buying or selling process so that they have complete confidence in their decision. Caroline has achieved designations including CNS (Certified Negotiation Specialist), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and GPS (Global Property Specialist). She is also a proud member of the Keller Williams Luxury Homes Division. This designation is only attainable by agents with consistent sales in the Top 10% of their market!
