The loan process is the most stressful and time consuming part of the escrow, especially with the tightened guidelines these days. You want someone who is experienced, knowledgeable, and who will make the process as smooth as possible. If you are in need of a loan to purchase your home, allow us to match you with one of our trusted and qualified lenders.

The lender will help you determine what the best loan program is for you, how much you qualify for, and what monthly payments you are comfortable with.  Once qualified, the lender will then prepare a pre-approval letter, which is a MUST when submitting an offer.  Sometimes a pre-approval letter is even required to just view the home.

Buyer Consultation Meeting

We like to have an initial face-to-face meeting with you to determine the most important qualities, needs, and wants you are looking for in your new home. Price, location, size, number of bedrooms, baths, style of home, lot size, neighborhood, view, proximity to schools, parks, shopping, entertainment, etc.  Once we have established this criteria, we will review some properties together, online, to help you get a feel of what is available and if we need to adjust any criteria.

Besides having the opportunity to meet you in person, we want you to see the environment that we work in and the wonderful company that is behind you in this important transaction.  We want you to be just as proud of who you will be working with, as we are!

Finding the Right Property for You

Once we have identified a number of properties that fit your criteria, we will email you a list of homes with specs and photos for you to view.  Tell us which homes appeal to you, then we’ll gather additional information from the listing agent and set the appointments.

Besides just searching the MLS for your new home, we will be actively soliciting not only the other 200 agents in our office, but also the 1000+ top San Diego agents in our database, as well as homeowners.
